We have a membership-based workshop engaging in systematization of distribution information promoted by GS1 Japan since 1977.
This Study Group is holding monthly seminars on various subjects such as global standardization, leading-edge technology, and overseas trends. It also organizes study tours and discussion sessions. The workshop functions as an information exchange between members and the GS1 Japan, as well as between members.
In FY2007, the workshop has a membership of 103 companies including retailers, wholesalers, product manufacturers, system vendors and consulting firms.
